Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or similar environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
