Workday Data Consultant (As)

As a Workday Data Consultant (Associate), you'll work with a team to support the implementation and configuration of enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.

Requirements

• Workday HCM or Financials certified
• Knowledge of data analysis, manipulation, reporting and formatting
• Sound knowledge of Excel
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Good customer focus, with experience in a customer-facing environment
• Clear and effective communicator
• Good commercial awareness and some understanding of project and business dynamics
• Attention to detail
• Capable of working within (remote) teams and alongside customers
• Ability to plan own workload and meet deadlines
• Some experience in a consulting environment or client facing environment
• Able to apply all relevant standards and procedures to your own work
• Aware of the importance of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and/or agreements
• Aware of the Kainos story and wider business offering
• Commercial understanding of utilisation within a services organisation
