Workday Extend Architect

Join Kainos and Shape the Future as a Workday Extend Architect (Consultant) to lead a team of specialist extend consultants on a project, ensuring the successful delivery of extend solutions for the cloud-based Workday system.

Requirements

• Proficiency with XML, REST, SOAP, JSON, and knowledge of an object-oriented programming language (preferably J2EE)
• Experience of designing applications to solve business and technical problems
• Good understanding of cloud computing, web services, and associated challenges
• Excellent customer focus, able to assess customer needs, build relationships, and manage customer expectations
• Strong communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact, credibility, and empathy
• Sound ability to formally present to senior Client audiences
• Strong commercial awareness and full understanding of project and business dynamics
• Broad business and technology understanding and a good awareness of industry trends in both HR and HR technology
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure taking a balanced view of Customer demands and Kainos commercials
