Assistant Community Director - Downtown Austin

The Assistant Community Director will oversee operations of the community, including financial management, resident relations, supplier relationships, and more. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of industry experience and a strong foundation in financials, as well as excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of industry experience
• Associate's Degree or equivalent
• Familiarity with federal, state, and jurisdictional laws and regulations concerning multi-family housing, evictions, Fair Housing, and associate safety
• Strong foundation in financials and ability to accurately calculate figures such as concessions, late fees, prorated rates, etc.
• High attention to detail
• Positive, customer-focused attitude and willingness to serve
