Community Director - Nexus East

As a Community Director at Kairoi Residential, you will lead a team of multi-family professionals, oversee community operations, and provide exceptional customer service to residents. You will be responsible for managing budgets, finances, and staff, as well as attracting new residents and forming business relationships. You will embody the Kairoi values of Servant Leadership and the 5% Distinction to create a welcoming environment for residents.

Requirements

• A person with a positive attitude, willingness to serve, a history of excellent customer service experience, and a desire to lead a team with integrity
• At least 5 years in the multifamily industry or leadership in the hospitality field
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team of multi-family professionals (at least 2 years)
• Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, two- three years of related training, or a combination of education and experience
