Community Director - Salt Lake City Area

You will set the tone for the team, empower them to succeed, and ensure they follow all emergency procedures and regulations. You will also be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining resident retention.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in the multifamily industry
• 2 years of experience managing and leading a team of multi-family professionals
• Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, two- three years of related training, or a combination of education and experience
• CAM or IREM certifications is highly desirable
