Requirements

• 15+ years in property management with strong marketing or managerial expertise
• Lease-up expertise required, with experience in various property types (workforce housing, rehab/renovations, distressed/turnaround)
• Strong asset management analysis and Excel proficiency required
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation (or in progress)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to travel to execute investment strategies
