Job Description
We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team at Kairoi Residential in Downtown Austin. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for responding to resident maintenance requests, ensuring vacant homes are ready for new residents, and assisting with community inspections. This role requires a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in apartment home repair, EPA and HVAC certifications, and excellent customer service skills.
