Job Description
Kaizen Gaming, the team powering Betano, is seeking a passionate Product Designer to shape the future of the global Account & Payments ecosystem. The role involves redesigning key experiences within the Account, Payments, and Registration flows, prioritizing simplicity, security, and scalability. The company emphasizes experimentation, creativity, and accountability within a centralized, sprint-driven model with dedicated learning opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Product Design (UX/UI) within fintech, e-commerce, or similar digital platforms.
- Strong foundation in UX architecture, interaction design, and prototyping.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and collaborative tools (FigJam, Miro, etc.).
- Excellent command of English (team language).
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional, distributed teams.
- Understanding of how to design through research-driven inputs, translating insights into meaningful user experiences.
