We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to design and implement the annual learning plan globally, assessing learning and development needs, and driving the design and implementation of programs to address organizational needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering impactful learning initiatives
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A data-driven mindset
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
