Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/MI) Engineer Skill Level 2

Kaizen Approach is seeking an Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) Engineer to design, create, test, and deploy AI/ML algorithms addressing complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience with various ML libraries and packages, and will be able to collaborate across diverse teams.

Requirements

• Ability to select appropriate datasets, perform statistical analysis, and run machine learning algorithms to improve model accuracy and performance.
• Experience with training and retraining systems, various ML libraries and packages, and standard test and evaluation protocols.
• Ability to oversee the test and evaluation of AI and ML algorithms through an iterative design process.
• Experience in researching and implementing a broad range of AI and ML algorithms and tools, including selecting or designing appropriate data and knowledge representation methods.
• Knowledge in software architecture, data modeling, and data structures, and ability to transform data science prototypes into scalable solutions.
• Experience in verifying data and model output quality, identifying differences in data distribution that could affect model performance, and working with standard machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Master’s or Ph.D. in advanced math, artificial intelligence, data science, computer science, or deep learning from an accredited college or university, or 5 years of experience with a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
