Job Description
Kal Tire is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of tire technicians and front counter staff. This is a full-time, permanent position, based in Assiniboia, SK, Canada, with support and training provided at a Saskatchewan store. The role emphasizes leadership, sales, and customer service. The position offers a structured work schedule and a supportive, safe work environment.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- High school diploma/ GED equivalent and some management training (preferred)
- 3+ years of managerial or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and dedication to exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to manage digital documents and basic spreadsheets effectively.
- Previous automotive shop experience (customer service, technician, or administrative)
