Senior Product Manager

Kalkomey Enterprises is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead growth across their digital education platforms, focusing on conversion, engagement, and customer lifetime value. This role involves owning the end-to-end e-commerce funnel, using data to drive decisions, and collaborating with engineering, marketing, and finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of the outdoor recreation market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years of product management experience with 3+ years in digital commerce or growth-focused roles.
• Proven success building, launching, and scaling online products or e-commerce funnels.
• Experience running experimentation and personalization programs across multiple brands or customer segments.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
