Paralegal

Kalshi is defining a new category of prediction markets, where people can trade on the outcome of any events. As a Paralegal, you'll serve as a key operational partner to Kalshi's legal and compliance teams, supporting the drafting and filing of CFTC materials, managing documentation and internal processes, and helping organize the execution of critical legal and compliance projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal certification or J.D. coursework preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as a paralegal or legal operations professional in a regulated financial, fintech, or exchange environment.
• Familiarity with CFTC regulations, DCM/DCO filings, or similar frameworks strongly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational, writing, and project management skills.
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, including deck creation.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-compliance environment.
• Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
