We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Paid Media Manager to lead our Paid Media team. This role is for a player-coach; someone who can roll up their sleeves to drive client outcomes, while also building and mentoring a team of high-performing Paid Media Specialists.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing paid media teams, with a strong track record in B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated success running performance-driven campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, especially in competitive, technical industries.
- Strategic thinker who understands the nuances of go-to-market models (PLG, SLG, MLG) and knows how to adapt channel strategies accordingly.
- Exceptional communicator with experience leading client engagements, explaining complex concepts simply, and building trust.
- Proven ability to lead and coach a high-performing team, setting the bar, mentoring, and scaling impact.
- Deep knowledge of the broader demand generation landscape, comfortable stepping outside paid media when the strategy calls for it.
- Advanced proficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, HubSpot), testing methodologies, attribution models, and campaign measurement.
- Mastery of core paid media tactics: audience segmentation, keyword strategy, copywriting, CRO, retargeting, and platform optimization.
- A lifelong learner who actively follows platform updates, industry shifts, and demand gen trends and shares that knowledge with others.
