Job Description
We are seeking a Home Assessor to perform comprehensive condition assessments on residential properties to identify deficiencies and opportunities for energy savings. The role will work with a team to generate detailed findings reports and will require regular travel to various locations across Alberta.
Requirements
- Active home inspectors' certification from a nationally recognized agency
- 5+ years of direct experience in residential construction
- Thorough understanding of building science principles
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
