Job Description
Senior Manager, Growth & Partnerships will own and grow some of Kambo's most important client and funder relationships, set and execute account strategy, lead and develop a growing team, retain and expand key accounts, and handle day-to-day client interactions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in account management, client success, or relationship-driven roles
- Proven experience growing complex accounts and long-term partnerships
- Strong experience working cross-functionally and navigating multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to support proposals and identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication, organization, and judgment
- Collaborative, hands-on, and comfortable in evolving environments
