Job Description
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer responsible for ensuring mechanical systems in commercial buildings are running smoothly and efficiently. Provides reactive and preventative maintenance services, troubleshoots issues, and carries out repairs on a variety of mechanical equipment.
Requirements
- Qualified Mechanical Engineer with relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
- Solid experience in commercial mechanical maintenance
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps, motors, and related mechanical equipment
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Full UK driving license and the ability to travel across London
- Must have own hand tools
- A proactive, can-do attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
