Barback - Mosaic Ultra Lounge

Mosaic Ultra Lounge is seeking a Barback to work in downtown Kansas City's premier destination for cocktails. The Barback will be responsible for performing basic prep work behind the bar, maintaining a clean and tidy environment, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Food service experience with general knowledge of bar/nightclub operations
• Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred
• Must be at least age 18 or older, depending on state regulations
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency
