As a Senior Engineering Manager at Kantar, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our global SaaS platform, directly influencing how leading brands understand and connect with people worldwide.

Requirements

• Lead the design and delivery of a robust, scalable SaaS platform that meets global client needs.
• Build and nurture a high-performing, distributed engineering team, promoting collaboration and accountability.
• Align technical requirements with business objectives by partnering closely with Product Management, Data Science, and UX teams.
• Implement cloud-native development best practices—especially leveraging AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and modern web technologies (React for UI, Golang & Node for backend).
• Integrate machine learning models into production workflows, ensuring reliability and scalability.
