IT Service Manager (m/w/d) End-User Workplace responsible for supporting client operations, participating in client lifecycle management, and applying ITIL processes. Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
Requirements
- Completed studies (e.g. computer science, business informatics) or comparable qualification.
- First practical experience in the leasing business of hard- and software devices as well as in direct user support.
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Clients and first experiences with Google Workspace.
- Interest in participating in IT projects and in optimizing processes in IT Service Management.
- Very good German and English skills and very good communication skills, in order to communicate in an international environment and with various stakeholders.
