Job Description
This position is for a Technical Specialist at Kärcher GmbH in Winnenden, DE. The role involves providing technical support and training to service technicians and partners, defining spare parts, managing procurement, and participating in introduction process of new machines. The specialist will also be involved in warranty claims analysis and lead technical training sessions.
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as a car mechanic, electrician, carpenter or in a comparable technical field.
- Strong knowledge in battery systems and electrical/mechanical engineering.
- Good German and English skills.
- Flexible and resilient.
- Affinity for innovative and digital solutions.
- SAP, Google Workspace and CRM system proficiency.
