Teamleitung Qualitätssicherung (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Team Lead Quality Assurance to join our team in Schwaikheim, DE. The ideal candidate will have a completed technical high school degree and in-depth relevant work experience in quality assurance. They will be responsible for quality assurance activities for our manufacturing and small series production, and will take on professional and disciplinary leadership.

Requirements

• Completed technical high school degree (e.g. Economics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology)
• In-depth relevant work experience in quality assurance in manufacturing and small series production or in special machine building
• Knowledge and targeted application of common methods for systematic problem-solving, such as 8D, A3, Six Sigma
• High IT affinity (e.g. Google Workspace, Atlassian Jira, SAP)
• Very good knowledge of German and English and a willingness to participate in occasional business trips
