Lead the European audit management team, steer product safety and regulatory compliance strategies, and ensure regulatory reporting and disclosure requirements are met. Plan and conduct internal and external audits, manage change and improvement processes, and develop the audit management team.
Requirements
- Completed university degree, preferably in a technical field
- Several years of management experience in a comparable position and technical expertise at manager level
- Demonstrable comprehensive knowledge of applicable regulations
- Knowledge of digitalisation tools (e.g. Mastercontrol) and MS Office
- Customer- and service-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills and ability to integrate complex regulatory issues
