Group Consolidation Manager

Join Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey as a Group Consolidation Manager. We're looking for a high-impact role at the center of an international, fast-growing FMCG business. You'll lead and execute the group consolidation process, ensure full IFRS compliance, and drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the group consolidation system.

Requirements

• Strong experience in group accounting and consolidation within an IFRS environment
• Hands-on exposure to PPA and M&A-related accounting topics
• Experience working with or implementing modern consolidation systems
• Solid understanding of end-to-end financial reporting
• Background from a fast-paced, international environment (FMCG, retail, consumer goods, or similar)
• A hands-on, structured, and detail-oriented approach
• Curious, proactive mindset with a drive to improve processes
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative way of working
