Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment (mix of agency and in-house environments)
• Leadership experience of small but effective recruitment teams
• Strong active sourcing expertise with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Deep knowledge of European and UK talent markets, hiring practices, and compliance
• Demonstrated success in building scalable recruitment processes with a focus on excellent candidates' experience
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
