Requirements

• Identify unique opportunities for our worker communities to be involved in the building of cutting-edge AI innovations
• Designing AI-enabled pathways to reduce complexity of digital tasks for our worker communities
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize Karya's AI processes
• Champion ethical AI principles and practices throughout the organization
• Establish robust frameworks and guidelines for ethical data collection
• Spearhead initiatives to bring AI-enabled earning and learning opportunities to low-income communities globally
• Develop and implement strategies to upskill and empower our workers through AI-focused training and education programs
