Engineering Manager

Kaseya is a global provider of IT management and security software for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and enterprise IT teams. We empower IT professionals with tools to manage, secure, and automate complex environments across endpoints, networks, and cloud services. We're looking for a Manager of Software Engineering to lead high-performing.NET engineering teams building scalable, cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.

Requirements

• Lead and develop a team of software engineers delivering robust, high-performance.NET applications and microservices.
• Establish and track individual performance goals aligned with business priorities and engineering standards.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with other managers to ensure alignment of deliverables, workload balance, and technical consistency across teams.
• Partner with Product and Architecture teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Implement and refine software delivery processes, ensuring code quality, test coverage, and operational excellence.
• Work closely with HR to maintain a productive, healthy, and engaged engineering team.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and professional development of engineering talent.
• Communicate progress, risks, and strategic updates effectively across leadership levels.
