Job Description
Katalon is a leading AI-augmented software testing company seeking a Product Designer to design user-centric solutions. They empower hybrid testers to deliver exceptional customer experiences by blending manual, automation, and AI skills. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and prioritizing user needs in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX principles, user psychology, and design aesthetics
- Good understanding of logical UX flows and human behavior
- Strong design language skills
- Knowledge of AI-enhanced design tools
- Strong knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and AI limitations
- Excellent knowledge of design & prototyping tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Global design system familiarity
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
