Job Description
Katalyst is building robotic spacecraft that enable dynamic space operations. As an Operations Manager (HR), you will work with the Director of Operations to review current HR systems, identify gaps, and define immediate needs and improvements for scaling. You will also own employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll, and benefits administration, and work with the operations team to update and run the performance review process.
Requirements
- 5+ years in People Operations / HR across big and small companies
- Proven experience building, improving, and scaling HR systems and processes
- Experience handling sensitive issues with discretion, sound judgement, and integrity
- Experience with facilities or office operations is a plus
