Job Description

Requirements
- Contract and/or perform maintenance and repair of facilities, including energy supply system, building infrastructure, public facilities equipment, and related special equipment.
- Manage the general health, safety program, firefighting, EIA, and other related work.
- Responsible for equipment spare parts purchase and management.
- Perform minor troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments of equipment.
- Develop maintenance and safety related SOP's, including emergency actions.
- Manage health and safety related records, including MSDS.
- Form and lead an ERT.
- Primary respondent to any building security issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work site.
- Meet the requirements of quality and environmental management system.
