Senior Superintendent

Job Summary: As a Senior Superintendent at Kaufman Lynn Construction, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of projects through scheduling, quality control, and minimizing warranty call backs. Key Responsibilities include generating schedules, monitoring field operations, supervising subcontractors, and managing quality control. Qualifications: 8-10+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent or Structural Superintendent on large-scale commercial construction projects. Strong multifamily experience & strong structural background are required.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent or Structural Superintendent on large-scale commercial construction projects
• Strong multifamily experience & strong structural background are required
• Municipal and/or commercial construction experience is also a plus
• Familiarity with Procore preferred
• Ability to understand contracts
• Ability to manage a team, resolve disputes and foresee potential cost or schedule issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
