Billing and Collections Specialist

Kaufman Rossin is seeking a detail-oriented Billing and Collections Specialist to join their Internal Accounting team. This role focuses on ensuring accurate billing, managing accounts receivable, and maintaining strong communication with clients. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, contributing to effective cash flow management and ensuring compliance.

Requirements

• Experience with billing, collections, accounts receivable, and managing multiple deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficient in accounting and billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, CCH Practice Management, Sage)
• Team player with strong sense of professionalism
• Ability to convey information verbally and in writing
