Job Description
We are looking for a colleague to join our team in Prague. The future colleague will be responsible for valuing assets on market principles, monitoring the real estate market, processing a database of completed sales, processing an analysis of the real estate market, etc.
Requirements
- University or secondary education in a technical, building or economic field
- Knowledge of property valuation, professional education/courses
- Basic knowledge of the Property Valuation Act, Building Act, Cadastre Act and Civil Code
- Driving license group B
- Knowledge of MS Office
