Job Description
Join KBE Building Corporation as a Construction Estimator II. As an Estimator II, you will work directly with the Estimating/Pre-Con Director to gather, calculate, and compile data for use in conceptual/bid proposal estimates. You will also participate in pre-bid meetings, analyze project scope of work, and prepare estimates under general supervision.
Requirements
- BS/BA in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or Engineering and/or 5-10 years of construction estimating experience.
- Proven skills in: Spatial concepts/Math
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (particularly Excel and Microsoft Word)
- Experience with Estimating Software such as Timberline, On-screen take-off, IsqFt
