KBR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Sustainment Manager to support our Capability Sustainment team in support of Maritime Sustainment for the Royal Australian Navy.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, or equivalent senior management experience
- Training in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), and maritime management
- 10+ years in an engineering leadership role within Defence and/or Defence Industry
- Experience in maritime asset optimisation, including ILS and LSA, and managing Tier 1 maritime sustainment services
- Experience working with DSwMS and ensuring technical integrity of maritime materiel
- Strong team leadership, coordination, and cross-disciplinary knowledge
- Eligible for Chartered Engineer status or membership in a recognised professional body
- Project Management qualifications and 10+ years of project management experience
- Experience with Defence design delivery processes
