Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is a privately held provider of facility services in North America. We are looking for a Customer Experience Supervisor to oversee customer experience leads and agents, manage issue escalations, and train staff.
Requirements
- 5+ years of supervisory experience
- Prior Customer Service team management
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with business technology applications (SalesForce, NetSuite, etc.)
- Facilities Maintenance industry experience a plus
