Keeley Companies is seeking a People Analytics Manager to lead data-driven people strategy, developing and managing analytics frameworks for People Operations. This role involves building dashboards, translating data to insights, and ensuring data governance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for informing leadership on workforce decisions.
Requirements
- 8+ years in HR analytics, business analytics, or people operations
- Expertise with Google Workspace reporting suite (Sheets, Looker Studio, BigQuery)
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems
- Familiarity with SQL or data querying
