Job Description
Keeper is hiring a driven Implementation Team Lead to oversee and grow their APAC customer support team. This role is pivotal in onboarding, deploying, and adopting Keeper’s cybersecurity software to clients, ensuring a seamless experience. The role requires strong technical expertise, communication skills, and leadership abilities within a fast-paced, growing company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in SaaS implementation or technical consulting
- At least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role
- Experience in SaaS deployment with security software experience preferred
- Systems engineering experience preferred
- Bilingual in Japanese with English proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)
