Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the firm's recruiting efforts across attorney, legal support, and operations roles.
Requirements
- Assist with scheduling interviews for attorney and professional staff candidates, coordinating with internal teams and external applicants to ensure seamless execution.
- Support the Recruiting Manager in executing on-campus and lateral recruiting initiatives, including preparing materials, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates.
- Maintain and update recruiting databases, track applicant status, and generate reports as needed.
- Assist with offer letter preparation, background checks, and other onboarding-related tasks.
- Help coordinate aspects of the summer associate program and other talent initiatives as assigned.
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional stakeholders on recruiting-related projects, events, communications, and process improvements.
