The ideal candidate will have knowledge of all HR areas, including payroll, training, personnel administration, and labor compliance, as well as experience in dealing with unionized personnel and strong Excel skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Essential knowledge of NOI system for payroll preparation
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of Federal Labor Law, individual employment contracts, labor conciliation processes, and collective labor contract negotiation
