Bi-lingual customer service representative

Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative position available at Kelly Services, providing support to Customers and Dealers located in various countries, requiring fluency in one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, and Russian, as well as English.

Requirements

• Fluency in one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, and Russian
• High school diploma/equivalent required
• 2-4 year degree highly preferred
• Customer service background and strong computer skills desired
• Agriculture or farming background desired
• Excellent customer service skills and experience, including effective communication and listening skills
• 1 year of customer support experience
• Demonstrated strong computer aptitude with basic computer software programs
• Ability to work and rotate between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift based on the needs of the business
• Ability to work off-shift hours and occasional holidays
