Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) are nationally certified and state licensed advanced practice registered nurses. Kelsey-Seybold Clinic is seeking passionate and skilled CRNAs to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment, providing high-quality anesthesia and pain care services. The role involves collaborating with anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals to meet the diverse needs of patients in various acuity levels across the Houston area.

Requirements

• Evaluate patients to determine an accurate anesthetic plan
• Determine and administer the appropriate dosage of anesthesia during procedures
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, technicians, and other health care professionals
• Complete records of type and amount of anesthesia, patient condition, patient response and medical histories
• Assess patient recovery and removal to another room following surgery
• Valid state RN License
• Valid state APRN Recognition
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA)
• Certified Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) by the American Heart Association
• Certified Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - current
• Current BLS
