Kemin is hiring an Expediter to coordinate order picking, trucking schedules, truck loading, and shipping documentation for both raw materials and finished products. This role requires organization, reliability, and a strong understanding of safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Must be qualified and able to perform all tasks and duties of a Warehouser 1, 2, & 3.
- Good customer service skill when dealing with internal and external customers.
- Arranging international shipments, including customs documentation, as applicable.
- Coordinate and interact with other departments to facilitate effective operations.
- Management of shipping and receiving functions of one or multiple warehouses, while ensuring accurate inventory control, shipments, and on-time deliveries.
- Follow all safety, operating procedures and warehousing processes.
- Direct warehouse staff toward meeting shipping schedule.
- Maintain required compliance standards.
- Ensure all items shipped or received meet quality standards defined within regulatory and quality standards in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP's).
