We are looking for a Technical Services Manager to generate technical knowledge and guidance for the sales team, disseminate knowledge and technical assistance to clients, and update in the fields of nutrition and animal health. The role involves managing production systems, products, innovations, and competition to strengthen the Kemin brand in the market.
Requirements
- Develop and implement the Technical Action Plan in conjunction with the Marketing department
- Conduct online experiments and tests in line with the company's strategic plan
- Train the field team, providing technical tools to attend to clients and technical specifications of products and nutritional and sanitary programs
- Establish customer service and support priorities, with the aim of meeting the Business Plan of the segment in conjunction with the Marketing and Sales team
- Organize and coordinate technical meetings, with the aim of promotion, research, and evaluation of results
- Participate in the definition of regional action plans in collaboration with marketing and sales
- Seek in the market to determine possible bets and new opportunities by region / key account under their responsibility
- Satisfy inherent complaints to Kemin products together with sales and quality
- Manage the relationship with the final client, involving training, implementation of sanitary and nutritional programs in food plant and/or raw materials
- Ensure a good relationship with the decision-makers of the purchasing processes to implement Kemin's sales strategies
- Propose business possibilities in the field through the analysis of the situation found and also in the development of products
- Act in accordance with the internal norms and procedures of the department and the company
