Job Description
CDL Truck Driver - Transport rock, sand, and other materials from distribution center to customer locations. Perform inspections, load and unload products, and follow safety procedures.
Requirements
- Regular, reliable attendance at the worksite
- Operate and drive a truck in a safe and efficient manner
- Inspect vehicles, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain a Daily Short-Haul Log Book
- Assist maintenance with repairs as needed
- Provide documentation on delivery tickets
- Exercise good judgment regarding work site access, unloading, and operation to and from delivery site
- Maintain good customer relations by acting in a professional and courteous manner
- Continuously follow all safety rules and work in a safe and efficient manner
