Nurse Manager, RN

Kendal at Lexington is seeking a Nurse Manager, RN to provide clinical leadership and oversee daily nursing operations in the Skilled Nursing Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong preference for experience in long-term care or geriatrics and excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Licensed RN in the Commonwealth of Virginia
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and person-centered care principles
