Retail Key Holder

As a Key Holder at Kendra Scott, you will support the Store Leadership Team, drive results, build networks, instill trust, communicate effectively, be nimble, collaborate, take action, and display courage. You will provide exceptional customer service, develop customer relationships, and represent the Kendra Scott culture uniquely and positively.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Retail and/or customer service experience required
• Genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and developing customer relationships
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude under pressure
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Genuine enthusiasm for fashion and helping others develop their personal style by keeping up with trends and styling pieces for the perfect look

• Must be available to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends
