Retail Stylist

As a part-time Stylist, you will provide WOW service to every guest, make a difference in their day, and represent the Kendra Scott culture uniquely and positively. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships, driving results, and instilling trust with guests and the community.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business

Benefits

• Hourly pay: $17.81 per hour
• Revenue sharing incentive of 0.5%
