Job Description

The individual in this role will be proficient in processing transactions, including new account opening, customer service interactions, and problem resolution.
Requirements
- Sales – Responsible for the sale and service of all deposit and consumer loan products and provides qualified referrals to other business lines.
- Customer Experience – Displays the following attributes: friendly, outgoing, projects a positive image, professional, courteous, resolves problems quickly and efficiently, and is respectful to customers.
- Team Support – Provides support and assistance to other branch staff by maintaining proficiency with technology, policies and procedures in order to process a variety of transactions accurately and efficiently.
